Each weeknight at 7 (Monday to Thursday) we’ll dust off a crate of old vinyl records and play some great songs from the 70’s and 80’s that haven’t been heard in ages. Check below for what we're doing on the show tonight!

Tonight we Celebrate '88! It's the top 20 (plus a few others thrown in for good measure) from our bicentennial year 1988. Do you remember the "let's make it great in '88" campaign? Check out the TV ad and see how many celebrities you can spot.
1988 was the year UK production team Stock, Aitken and Waterman hit their straps with songs from Kylie Minogue, Bananarama and Rick Astley. It was the year Beatle George Harrison came back with "Cloud Nine" which featured songs like "Got my mind set on you". And 1988 was the year Phil Collins starred in, and wrote the soundtrack for the movie "Buster". Join us tonight from 7 and "Celebrate '88" on the Vinyl Countdown!
