Police Ethincal Command Investigate Warwick Shooting

The Queensland Police Service Ethical Standards Command are investigating the shooting of a man in Warwick on the weekend.

The Burpengary man who's wanted in relation to a string of armed robberies across South East Queensland was pursued by Ipswich police before being cornered at Aratula.

Police have confirmed they shot at the man but can't confirm how many shots were fired...he's recovering in the PA hospital with non life threatening injuries.

A 29 year old Ipswich woman has also been charged with seven offences following the chase.
