Drama at Ripley Satellite Hospital at the weekend with the hospital closed due to a fire in the building’s pump plant.
The hospital re-opened around 8 this morning.
The facility was closed off to staff and patients because of safety issues.

In a statement, West Moreton Health said staff and our partners worked throughout the day to fix the issue and ensure the pump plant is operational and safe, allowing for the return of staff and consumers.
It’s understood the pump plant is linked to the hospital’s internal sprinkler system.
The Ripley Satellite Hospital began taking patients for the first time on August 30.
