An elderly woman has been airlifted to hospital after falling from a horse.
It happened at a property in the Toowoomba region at around 11am on Wednesday morning
The Toowoomba-based Lifeflight rescue helicopter landed in the paddock near the incident.

The woman, aged in her 80s, was then assessed by a Lifeflight Critical Care Doctor and flight paramedics before being flown to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
