As announced yesterday the details of “Ghost Recon: Breakpoint,” went live this morning and we are not disappointed.
This will be a direct sequel to the recently released DLC content for Ghost Recon: Wildlands called ‘Operation Oracle’ that features Jon Bernthal from “The Punisher” Netflix series.
This new game will see Team Ghost taking on his character Cole D. Walker who is now a rogue ‘Wolves’ Leader in charge of an army of mechanised drones and former “Ghosts”.
‘Breakpoint’ is similar to ‘Wildlands,’ in it’s open-world approach that is also a story-driven campaign for solo or four-player co-op gameplay.
It will also will feature competitive PvP gameplay at launch, and all character progression will be shared between single-player, co-op, and multiplayer gameplay – you can move freely between PvE and PvP gameplay.
If you love extra content then you may want to head to the Ubisoft store where you can get a ‘Wolves’ edition. This special version comes with a 24cm figure of Cole and includes a map and art book, a Year 1 DLC pass, and the ‘Ultimate Pack’ which includes three-day early access.
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Breakpoint will launch globally on October 4 2019 for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
