Investigations are underway following a fatal car accident in Toowoomba overnight.
Police say at around 11.30pm (December 15), a silver Mazda travelling west on Spring Street in Kearneys Spring left the road and crashed into a pole at an intersection.
A 22-year-old female passenger died at the scene, with a 17-year-old girl, 20-year-old girl and a 20-year-old man taken to the Toowoomba Base Hospital for treatment.

The driver of the car, a 16-year-old boy, has been airlifted to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage is being asked to contact police.
