Five people including three children have been taken to hospital with smoke inhalation following a house fire at Bundamba overnight.
Emergency services were called to a Rush Court address at just before 11pm.
Queensland Fire Department said the blaze spread to the house after it started in a garage.
A vehicle was also destroyed by the fire.
Queensland Ambulance says a man and woman aged in their 20s and 30s, a toddler and two infants were assessed by paramedics at the scene before being taken to Ipswich Hospital in stable conditions.
A crime scene remains in place.
Fire investigators and police have returned to the scene this morning to determine the cause of the fire.
