A 50-year-old man has been charged after allegedly assaulting another man at Goodna.
It’s believed fight broke out between the pair near a Queen Street business around 6:30am Tuesday morning.
Police say around an hour and a half later a member of the public located an unconscious 40-year-old man and alerted authorities.

Emergency services arrived a short time later, and the man was transported in a critical condition to the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Police located the 50-year-old man nearby and he was taken into custody.
He’s since been charged with acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, and common assault.
He is due in the Brisbane Magistrates Court later Wednesday morning.
