Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 30-year-old man missing from Ipswich.

He was last seen walking along Moffatt Street just before 12:20pm yesterday, December 9.
He is described as Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Joel was last seen wearing a black short sleeve shirt, cream 3/4 length shorts, and black thongs.
Police are appealing to Joel, or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to immediately come forward.
