A man has been seriously injured following a horse riding accident in the Toowoomba region.
Toowoomba-based LifeFlight said it happened while the man, aged in his 50s, was mustering cattle at around 10am on Sunday morning.
He sustained significant chest injuries after falling from the horse.

Lifeflight aeromedical crew landed the helicopter in a paddock close to the scene.
He was treated by local Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) paramedics, the LifeFlight critical care doctor and QAS flight paramedic and airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital for further treatment.
