Two men charged over violent robbery at Kingston

Court today for two men accused of a violent armed robbery at Kingston. 
The pair, one armed with a machete, allegedly threatened a Crestmead man while he was running down Juers Street at just after 8 last night. 
The 37-year-old then attempted to run away but tripped over and was allegedly punched and hit in the head with the machete.
The men then allegedly pinned him to the ground and stole his wallet and mobile phone before fleeing the scene. 
Police arrested the pair - both from Slacks Creek -  a short time later.
