Man in custody after lockdown in Toowoomba

UPDATE: 
A man is in police custody after an emergency situation was revoked in Toowoomba.
Specialist police were called to Centenary Heights at just before 7 this morning, after reports a stolen vehicle had been located, and a man was possibly armed in the area.
It forced Centenary Heights State School into lockdown.
The man has now surrendered to police without incident and is assisting officers.
EARLIER:
Police have declared an emergency situation in Toowoomba, following reports a man, who's possibly armed, could be in the area.
Police were called to an address at Centenary Heights at just before 7 this morning..
It followed reports a stolen vehicle had been located, and a man was possibly armed.
Police have established an exclusion zone encompassing Hunter Street, Jackson Street, South Street and Jewell Street (see map above).
Specialist officers are on scene and Centenary State High School is in lockdown, as well as a shopping centre.
