A motorist has had the last laugh after being fined $900 for a body in the boot of a car prank in Logan.
Officers intercepted the vehicle following reports a leg was seen hanging out of the back of it's boot in Slacks Creek on April 26 but it turned out to be a mannequin instead.
The driver, a 37-year-old Boronia Heights man, was then issued with an infringement notice for not only the dummy stunt but also for three bald tyres, missing wheel nuts and a number plate obstructed by cables on his vehicle.
